Dell Laser Consultants Launches Two New FDA Clinical Trials for LASIK
Dell Laser Consultants is pleased to announce that it has initiated several FDA clinical trials testing investigational excimer lasers for LASIK, as well as pharmaceuticals. Very few sites in the US are selected to perform these studies, which will be closely watched by surgeons around the world. Participation in the clinical trials is strictly voluntary, and a limited number of patients can be treated under the FDA protocols. All participants in the trials will be notified that they are participating in a formal FDA clinical trial, and will be offered treatment with another FDA approved laser if they prefer. As compensation for participation in one of these FDA trials, patients will have the majority of their surgical fee waived.
